applications from qualified & experienced individuals for the following post:
Department of Engineering Education Research (DEER)
‘ Consultants (Age: 35-60 Yeai)
. Masters/PhD ¡n Engineering or Engineering Education.
. BE/BSc Engineering with experience in EER.
. MS/BSc in Education Psychology preferably.
• 05-07 years teaching experience at University level preferably.
• 02-03 years research in Engineering/Engineering Education
preferably.
Tiwcand ¡ drnust possess:.
. Intuitive knowledge about fundamental scientific and
mathematical concepts.
. Expertise in developing assessment methods, techniques
and solutions of student misconceptions.
. Highly innovative and creative with ability to develop
culturally relevant out of the box solutions for engineering
students and teaching faculty.
. Ability to develop concept inventories for engineering disciplines.
. Has the expertise to conduct pilot projects to validate new
techniques/concepts.
. Adequate maturity level to synthesize inter-disciplinary
knowledge.
. Ability to develop Pakistan specific curriculum for post
graduate level EER programs.
. Excellent written and verbal communication and inter
personnel skills.
