cooperation for sustainable development.
GIZ implements for the German Ministry of Development Cooperation (BMZ) up to 2015
the TVET Reform Support Programme. The GIZ is seeking a monitoring & evaluation
ofi’icerfor implementation of TVET Reform Support Programme in Islamabad.

Qualifications and Experience
. Post-graduate degree in statistics, social science, education economics or other
relevant field,
. Profound experience with monitoring & evaluation;

Job Description
. Assist NAVTTC in the establishment and implementation of a Monitoring &
Evaluation (M&E) System for the TVET sector in Pakistan
. Assist the WET Reform Support Programme in buiing capacities in NAVTTC and
relevant stakeholders at the pmvinciallregional levels in implementing the M&E
. Support the development and implementation of a quality management system in the
WET sector in strong coordination with the provinaal and regnal stakeholders
