PMO-PISIP 1 . Deputy Director (institutional Development) (BS-18) (1-Post). Maximum age 45 years, Pay Rs.70,454/- (in case of contract employee) and for Govt. employee as per latest F.D Policy. . Should have Master degree in Social Sciences (Rural Sociology, Sociology, Social Work), Agriculture Economics OR Anthropology from a recognized University. . Should have experience of more than 7 years ¡n the field of social and community mobilization. . Should also have experience of organizational development issues and knowledge of accounts matters, monitoring of performance and preparation of performance reports etc. . Should have excellent communication skills ¡n English, Urdu and Punjabi languages. . Should be computer literate having experience of related Planning and monitoring software. Assistant Engineer (Procurement) (BS-17) (1 -Post). Maximum age 45 years, Pay Rs.58,034/- (in case of contract employee) and for Govt. employee as per latest ED Policy. . Should be B.Sc/BS/BE (Civil/Mech.) from a recognized University. . Should have experience of more than 5 years in planning and procurement of water sector projects. . Should have experience of procurement of big projects executed under JIBC/IDA procurement procedures. . Should have experience in examination of documents and Bid Evaluation Reports JBIC/IDA Projects. . Should be computer literate with command on related office management works. 3. Should be B.Sc/BS/BE (Civil) from a recognized University. . Should have general experience of more than 5 in planning and Monitoring of water sector projects. . Should have experience in monitoring of JBIC/IDA projects. . Should be computer literate with experience in project planning and management techniques. . Should have experience in compilation of periodic progress reports of engineering projects. Driver (BS-03) (4-Post). Maximum age 50 years, Pay Rs.11 ,490/- (in case of contract employee) and for Govt. employee as per latest F.D Policy. . Should have valid LW Driving License. .
