• MBA or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University/Institution in 1 division.
• 10 years relevant experience.
t Key attributes of the candidate
i) Proven track record of Entrepreneurship either as a start-up entrepreneur
or working in an environment supporting entrepreneurs.
ii) Strong ties with local government, business, entrepreneurs, universities
and social communities.
iii) Proven leadership experience ¡n managing and growing non-profit
organizations.
iv) Implement the strategy and business development plan required to execute program
initiatives that will enhance the reputation of the incubator.
y) Manage the operational aspects of the incubator program and work with member
companies in aiding them in achieving their goals and objectives.
