Professor (I) Ph.D Degree ¡n any discipline of Geology from HEC Ph.D Degree in any discipilne of

(ii) I 5 years teaching I research experience in the Institution
relevant fIeld in HEC recognized University or a (ii) I 1 years post Ph.D or minimum of
post-graduate institution or professional experience ¡n 7 years post PhD along with at least 12
National or International Organization or 10 years teaching! research experience in a
Post œPh.D. teaching /research experience in HEC recognized University or Post-graduate
recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or Institution or professional organization
professional experience in the relevant field in a National of National/ International repute
or International Organization, (iii) 15 research publications (with at

j. Applicants for the Post of Professor and Associate Professor are required to submit Four (4) copies of the
application on prescribed forms along with attested copies of degrees/certificates/relevant testimonials and
research pubilcations.
ii. Applicants for the post of Assistant Professor are required to submit two (2) copies of the application on
prescribed forms along with attested copies of degrees I certificates and relevant testimonials.
j. Application Form can be obtained from the Office of the Centre of Excellence in Mineralogy, University of
Balochistan, Quetta, on payment of Rs. 2OO/ each, either personally or by sending self addressed envelope
bearing Rs. 30/- postage stamps.
ii. Candidates outside Pakistan may apply on a plain paper giving full Bio-data and curriculum vitae along
with attested copies of degrees I certificates.
iii. Applicants already in service are required to apply through proper channel by the due date and submit
service certificate issued by either present or former employers, otherwise their applications will not be
entertained.
