Qualification
At least Master’s degree 2nd division in Social Sciences. Preference will be given to the candidates having Master’s
Degree with specialization in Human Resource Management, Organization Behavior, Industrial Relations etc.
Law degree will be considered an additional qualification.
Experience .. . . . . . . .
26 years experience in executive position in private or public section organization in Human Resource Management
and Industrial Relations.
Candidate must possess excellent leadership, analytical, decision making, communication and negotiation skills
Along with demonstrated ability for developing and improving HR Systems, Policies and monitoring implementation
for effective control.
. Employment will be made on contract basis for an
initial period of two years with possibility of
extension.
. Internal candidates are also given the opportunity
