Job Opportunity
General Manager Sales - Bl;cu118: A dynamic person having graduate degree
with proven sales record of 10-12 yrs at national level. Must have in depth
knowledge of sales and distribution of FMCG especially biscuits. Candidate
should have high degree of sales management skills including appointment of
new distributors, managing field force nationwide, analyze sales trends to set
and achieve targets
Finance Manager: ACMA qualified with 10 years experience In manufacturing
industry. Should be able to manage complete accounting / finance functions,
preparation of financial statements, design and implement internal controls,
liaise with Banks and Auditors and manage Income Tax Returns.
Marketing and Sales Manager- Snacks: Graduate with 6-8 yrs experience in
the field of Marketing and Sales of FMCG products, preferably Snacks ¡n the
National markets
Regional Sales Manager- South/Central Zone: Graduate, having 8-10 yrs sales
experience of FMCG especially biscuit sales in south and central region in similar
capacity. Candidate must be capable of managing distributors and field force.
He would be responsible for preparation and fulfillment of monthly sales
objectives.
Quality Control Manager: BSc/MSc Food Technology 10-15 yrs experience to
handle the quality control department. Should have thorough knowledge of ISO
documentation and MR function.
Brand Managers: IBAJLUMS graduates with 2-3 years of experience ¡n Brand
Management in FMGC. Should be well versed with Marketing Concepts,
possessing sharp analytical skills and command over MS Office.
Maintenance Manager: BE/BSc Mechanical/Electrical with 8-10 yrs experience
of working in a process industry. He will be responsible for utilities and bills,
handle maintenance and perfect functioning o? gas generator, industrial chillers,
air conditioning, boiler and steam generators and other plant equipments.
Assistant Manager Cost & Audit: ACMA or part qualified. 2-3 yrs experience,
in any manufacturing concern, of product costing, variance analysis, inventory
control/valuation and consumption reconciliation. Should be capable of devising
systems for cost and audit.
