Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate the market for opportunities which could benefit the company in
longer run
. Pro-actively hunt target organizations and establish national and international
linkages
. Develop a model business design for entering ¡nto lucrative ventures and
cultivating company’s growth
. Promote company’s technological and skill development initiatives/services
to potential clients
. Build and maintain high level contacts with current and prospective
customers, including other business and project partners
. Obtain consultancies in technical services, feasibility preparation and project
implementation
. Prepare contractual proposals. MoUs etc. including creative, innovative
concepts and approaches
. Manage all company events and represent the company on national and
international forums
. Devise and implement information & communication strategies to develop
and sustain positive image of the company
Competencies Required
The candidate should posses Masters Degree in Business
Administration/Marketing from a recognized local oi foreign university. He/She
should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 03
years experience as departmental head. Those with technical qualifications
prior to the Masters Degree OR a Masters degree from a recognized foreign
university will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities
. Research and development on technological and related skills acti in the
country and abroad
. Map the state of technological activity in the country, emerging trends world
wide and the implications for national competitiveness
. Carry out Technology Gap Analysis of industrial clusters, assess impact on
GOP and identify shortcomings in installed technology and the impact on
derivative products
. Develop and manage technology and skill databases to keep an updated
track of technological requirements in various industrial sectors
. Assist and support the industrial clusters on technology acquisitions and
also provide up-to-date information to local enterprises on sources of
technology imports
. Prepare project proposals, PC-ls and other documents for funding
opportunities based on the conducted research
Competencies Required
The candidate should posses Bachelors/Masters degree in En9ineenng
(Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics) from a recognized local or foreign
university. He/She should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
with at least 03 years experience as departmental head. Preference will be
given to holders of doctoral/Masters degree, supplemented with management
degree from a recognized foreign university
