CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
A fast emerging Microfinance Bank seeks applications for the following positions at its Karachi
Branches.
BRANCH MANAGERS
To manage the affairs of a branch. Must be familiar with routine Banking operations and
possess good interpersonal and marketing skills.
Eligibility: Graduate. Minimum lO years of banking experience with at least 3 years as Branch
Manager. Retired Bank officers / Executives may also apply. Age 35 Years and above.
This position requires good interpersonal, marketing & sales skills. Primarily responsible for
business development especially deposit mobilization & providing a superior level of
Customer service; and ensuring compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
Eligibility: Intermediate preferably graduate. Age 23 Years and above. Retired Bank 01f icers/
Executives are encouraged to apply.
CREDIT OFFICERS
Knowledge of credit operations essential. Must be familiar with credit processing and possess
the ability to access borrowers credibility particularly in Microfinance Sector.
Eligibility: B.Com preferably MBA. Minimum 3 years of experience in Microfinance Credit.
t 25 to 45 Years. _____ ____ ______
i OICERS
The role demands technical expertise, compliance and control orientation for providing advice
/guidance to team inembers/customers(internal/external).
Eligibility: Graduate. Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operation preferably in a
Microfinance Bank. Age 25 to 45 Years.
TELLERS
This is an officer grade position. The primary responsibility of a Teller is to handle cash
counter, branch transactions and customer service. The position requires good customer
handling skills and ability to work under pressure.
Eligibility: Intermediate preferably graduate. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Age
25to 45 Years.
