1. Initially the appointment will be made on contract basis for a period of five years
which can be further extended with the approval of the competent authority.
2. Only eligible candidates will be called for interviews/test and no TAIDA will be
adml3siblo in this behalf.
3. Relaxation in Upper age limit upto 5 years will be given, if applied for, in accordance
with government policy.
4. The candidates already working in Government/Semi Government institutions may
apply through proper channel.
5. Quota reserved for Women, disabled persons and minorities will be observed in
accordance with government policy keeping in view the number of posts and ratio
fixed under quota.
6. Candidates domiciled in Punjab Province are eligible for all the posts.
7. The applications addressed to the Secretary. Human Rights & Minorities Affairs
Department, Government of the Punjab, National Tower, 28-gerton Road, Lahore
attested copies of educational I experience certificates (Drivers license for Sr. #2 and
3), Domicile Certificates, Computerized Identity Cards and three passport size
coloured photographs of the candidates, must reach the undersigned by hand or by
post during working hours, latest by 15-03-2012. No extra time will be allowed for
postal transit.
8. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
