Our Principal MIs. National Prawn Company (NPC), The worlds largest
aquaculture shrimp farming project based on the shores of the red sea in
Saudi Arabia at Al-Lieth near Jaddah 8 Makkah-e-Mukarrama need to fill
the following vacancies.
Biologist Diagnostic Laboratory: Graduate ¡n marine biology, molecular
biology or biotechnology. Must have 3 years experience to perform PCR
and histology analysis as per SOPs to obtain reliable results in a timely
manner for detecting pathokgical threats. Ensures adherenœ to all existing
external certifÌcations (i.e. lS09001, HAACP, SQF, EU, lS014000).
Senior Quality Assurance Auditor (BBC & MA): BSc.or equivalent.
Appropriate quality systems experience in slimp hatchery and shrimp
farms or breedng programs. Experience in internal quality audits for BBC,
sea cumber & Marine agnculture which includes the implementation of
quality systems, SOPs auditing, conduct activity based audits, quality
control measurements and monitoring, auditing implementation of ISO
9001:2008, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 14000, EU, ADMA, bio security
Australia and SASO. spot audit on implementation of NPC bio-security
and other certification requirements for a sustainab aquaculture practice.
Assure adherence to established QMS system (ISO 9001:2008) Food
Safety Management System (ISO 22000), Environment Management
System (ISO 14000), HACCP, EU and ADMA guidelines.
Senior Quality Assurance Auditor (Lady- Processing Plant): BSc. or
equivalent Experience in quality systems in Fish I shrimp or any allied
food processing units. To conduct Spot internal quality audits for Lady
Processing Plant to erure implementation of quahty systems adopted in
aquaculture practice. Expenence in inspection of raw material and finished
products storage facilities at production units and evaluate its compliance
with SOPs.
Supervisor -Chitii Plant Operations: BSc or MSc. 05 years experience
in production of Chitin, Chitosan, Glucosamine and Shrimp head meal
products. Ability to manage and supervise entire plant operational activities
and plant staff. Must have experience to ensure the quakty of raw materials
procured for the production process by supplier.
Supervisor customer service — Laboratory Services : B&. or equivalent.
Experience in Analytical laboratory and management of samples and
analytical data. Exp. in handling in-coming samples for microbiology/
pathology/chemical analyses. Able to Answer telephonic queries from the
end users. Ability to retrieve the data generated for external audit, customers
and other specific requirements.
Automation Equipment Specialists: Ill or Diploma Mechankal or Electrical
with 7 years exp. in Automated Processing Systems and PLC’s. Experience
in installation, maintenance, operation and programming of all Processing
equipment within the Processing and Harvest Department in shrimp faming
or automated food or pharmaceutical industry.
Industrial Refrigeration Technicians: ITI or Diploma. Minimum 5 years
experience ¡ri Installation and Maintenance of Ammonia refrigeration
System. Preventative maintenance. Operate and maintain all engine room
and other equipment inckiding ammonia Refrigeration , Boilers, Pumps,
Compressors, Condensers, Evaporators. Troubleshoot PLC and electrical
problems. Service & repairs of Refrigeration Equipment.
