SMART SHOPS PAKISTAN, an upcoming nationwide chain of
5000 departmental stores requires the services of very
dedicated, motivated self starters and Target Oriented SALES
PROFESSIONALS to join our Sales Team as:
IZONAL SALES MANAGERSI (To be based at Lahore)
•To assess sales potential of tertoes and allocate targets
. Monitor, record and communicate field force productivity
as per given parameters
•To monitor daily/monthly reports, expense statements of
field force ¡n order to ensure implementation of company
policies and control of resources
•To facilitate ASMs, Field Supervisors and other sales staff
in his area.
The incumbent must have MBA- HR/ Marketing with at
least 3+ years experience of handling and achieving the
targeted results from its team ¡n a reputable organization.
Skills of managing high performance teams are
mandatory.
AREA SALES MANAGERS
(From all major cities of
Pakistan)
•The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team with
excellent communication and people’ skills
•A strong commitment to customer service and the ability
to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
. Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility with
the ability to understand and analyze sales figures
. Planning and organizational skills
The incumbent must have MBA with at least 2 +years
practical sales experience in a reputable organization
preferably FMCG. Thorough market knowledge and
handling a team of 5 Field Supervisors in the concerned
Zone ¡s desirable.
LFIELD SUPERVISORS1 (From all major cities & towns of
Pakistan)
. Hire and Manage a team of 8 Sales Agents in the field
helping them to achieve their sales targets through
holding sever BTL and other promotional activities in the
respective areas.
•Generate business leads and come up with innovative
business ideas
•Follow through on sales leads within the concerned
area/jurisdiction
•increase company revenue by using sales skills
.Building excellent PR with the potenal clients in the area.
The incumbent must have BNBSc/BBA, with at least 1
year sales experience in the City/Town applied for.
LES & RE VO VERY AGEi1
Be an active part of our sales promotion activity in the
region. The incumbent must have Matric- Preferably
Intermediate with marketing skills. Thorough knowledge of
markets in the city applied for is mandatory.
