REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors qualification (or further) in public health and or WASH-related studies. Able to capitalize on past experience and information available and become autonomous quickly. Significant experience with INGOs and interest in humanitarian action. Previous experience with ACF in emergency and early recovery an asset. Excellent management skills (HR. projects, stress management. The Program Manager WASH is responsible for program implementation, reporting, capacity building and representation at field level in all assigned /I3asesiProjcct sites. Guide the project’s WASH team in water, sanitation and hygiene promotion programming, in broader coordination with Nutrition and FSL teams. Define program implementation modalities. Ensure quality and integrity of implementation. In collaboration with logistics and Administration, responsible for WASH program design and budgeting. Responsible for the timely, correct and contractually appropriate implementation of WASH activities in the province. Conduct baseline surveys prior to implementation of projects. Responsible for Project Procurement Planning and financial forecasting regarding WASH programming. Prepare internal and external reports for ACF and donors, including expenditure plans and SitReps. Develop and maintain (with the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning [MEAL] officer) program monitoring and reporting system. Develop culturally acceptable and easy to understand hygiene and sanitation promotion tools for public health promotion and ensure appropriate implementation of it. Represent ACF externally and collaborate/coordinate with government authorities, NGOs, and UN agencies on WASH issues at district level in coordination with Field Co. Represent ACF and participate in district and provincial-level WASH early recovery working group meetings and other relevant humanitarian & recovery coordination meetings. Make sure that all the relevant stakeholders have enough information about ACF’s background, program, objectives, working areas, duration of programs and activities in the field. Carry out staff recruitment and ongoing capacity building; identify staff and stakeholder training needs; conduct regular appraisals and draft/revise Job Descriptions as needed. Refer staff issues (disciplinary, Code of Conduct, etc. ) to Administration in a correct and timely manner keeping the Field Co in copy. At regular intervals (minimum beginning, middle and end of projects) Brief relevant staff on proposals and related fieldwork. Provide technical support to staff and promote learning based on project objectives and activities and ensure documentation and sharing of learning with other sectors and programs. PROGRAM MANAGER NUTRITION - SINDH (2) The Nutrition Program Manager (NUTPM) is responsible for CMAM program implementation, reporting, capacity building and representation at field level in all assigned bases Project sites. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Bachelor in medical sciences; Masters Degree considered. Experience ofCMAM nutrition programs at Program Manager level or above. Experience with working in integrating CMAM into local health systems. Strong capacity building and training skills. Good resource management skills. Excellent organizational, leadership and motivation/training skills. Fluent in English (professional English required), Sindh and Urdu an added advantage. ¡n collaboration with Logistics, Field Co and Administration, responsible for Nutrition program design and budgeting.
