Individuals Consultants Required for Capacity Building
initiatives of Government of Pakistan.
Private Sector and CSO’s.
ASP-RSPN is a USAID funded program which aims at
Institutional development of Government of Pakistan,
Private Sector and Civil Society Organizations (CSO’s).
ASP invites applications from qualified and experienced
Individuals who will be considered for individual
assignments (short term as well as long term) on need
basis, in the below mentioned fields during the
implementation of Capacity Building initiatives for
Government of Pakistan, Private Sector and CSOs based
at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta and Peshawar.
1. Financial Management
2. Procurement Management
3. Human Resource Management
4. Monitoring and Evaluation
5. PC-l design and Preparation
Applications indicating area of expertise, availability for
short-term/long-term assignment and availability vis-à-vis
assignment station (provincial headquarters) should be
