Technical 8 Financial proposals in separate envelopes are invited from (tie consultants. duly cegs1ered with Pakistan Engineering Council
(PEC) in the relevant specialty for undertaking Consultancy Services for balance HVAC wods al NIC Buildwig. Abbasi Shieed Road.
Karach.
The selected Consultants shall be required to supervise the ongoing installation of HVAC equipment/system as per the Tender
Specifr0atioM)rawings, verìlkahon of executed wodi. verification of Contractor’s invoices, witnessing testing commissioning of the system
and issuance of completion certificate

Bidding shall be conducted using the National Competitive Bidding Procedure as per the PPRA rules
2004 and Is opened to all eligible bidders those meet the following minimum qualification criteria:
The Consultant shall be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council as Consultant’ In the relevant specialty.
Bidder should have completed minimum three simìlar natures of work(s) of same)above capaoty in the last 5 years.
The FirmsBddersJSupphers blacklisted by any Government /Semi Government Organizations shall not be ehgible to bid. Affidavit to be
provided In this regard.
The Firms/Bidders having htigation history wh any Government ISemi Government OrganLzatioris shall not be eligible to bð Affidavit to
be provided in this regard
The Firms/Bidders who have faled to perform as per Contract wth the National Insurance Company Umited or any Government Semi
Government Organizations shall not be ehgiNe to bid. Affidavit to be provided.
Proposal shall be valid for a minimum of 30 days from date of submission of the Proposal.
Proposals shall be submitted to the Office of the General Manager (RE), National Insurance Company
LImited, 3rd Floor, NIC Building, Abbash Shaheed Road, Karachi not later than 03:00 pm on March 05,
2012. Late submission of proposal shall not be entertained. Technical Proposals will be opened at 03:30
pm on the same day.
