Business Development Officers (BDOs)
The Job:
Primary responsibility of the Business Development Officers
is to promote the Bank’s financial products including the
mutual funds, etc.
Career Path:
Allied Bank has a pre-defined Career Path for BDOs, which
includes performance based progression within its business
development area or divest into General Banking or to take
a leading role as Branch Manager in the future. The
incumbents will be provided training and cross-functional
rotation for personal and professional development.
Candidates will be offered market-based competitive salary
plus achievement-based sales commission.
Eligibility Criteria:
. Qualification: At least an MBA or M.Com. degree from
HEC recognized university in Pakistan or abroad with
minimum CGPA of 3.00 or atleast 75% (in case of %age
system).
. Age: Not more than 27 years, as on March 31, 2012.

The Job:
This is a management grade position. Tellers are primarily
responsible to manage customer services and handle over
the counter cash transactions.
Career Path:
Allied Bank has a pre-defined Career Path for its Tellers,
which includes performance driven progression with
opportunities to become General Banking Officer after
successful completion of specific time at the job and
subject to qualifying the internal assessment. Candidates
will be offered market-based competitive salary and will
be granted performance increments subject to the
achievement of desired performance levels.
Eligibility Criteria:
. Qualification; Minimum Bachelors degree from HEC
recognized university in Pakistan or abroad in first
division along with atleast 2nd division in SSC/HSC.
Preference will be given to the commerce graduates.
Masters degree holders in commerce, economics,
banking & finance or science with at least 2nd division,
can also apply.
Age: Not more than 26 years, as on March 31, 2012.
