• He I she shall prepare procurement documents and manage procurement for PSU.
• He I she shall review NSUSC procurement.
. He I she shall ensure compliance with ADB
procurement procedures.
. He I she shall assist PSU I NSUSC ¡n capacity building of procurement related matters.
. He I she shall perform any other relevant
task assigned by the Competent Authority.
. He I she shall maintain Books of Accounts
& other accounting related record in accordance with the Accounting I Disbursement
Laws I Policies I Procedures I Guidelines
of Government of Sindh and Asian
Development Bank.
• He I she should have a
Masters Degree or above
in a relevant discipline of
knowledge, such as procurement business management, economic development studies, law,
finance or civil engineering.
• Well conversant with MS
Office
• Candidate should have 5 years
relevant experience, with at least
03 years experience as
Procurement & Contract specialist
¡n donor-assisted public sector
programs I projects.
• Should have adequate know-
ledge of ADB guidelines on procurement and the procurement
laws, regulations and procedures
of Government of Sindh
Accounts
Officer
• He f she shall assist Management prepare
Annual Budgets and coordinate audit
activities.
. He I she shall lead all book keeping activities, and prepare financial and management reports.
. He I she shall have to perform any other
relevant task assigned by the Competent
Authority
• He I She should have a
Masters Degree prefer-
ably with majors in
accounts or MBA
(Finance) or Certified CA
or ACMA or M.Com.
Well conversant with
Customized Accounting
Software and MS Office.
• Candidate should have at least 5
years of relevant experience with
at least 03 years experience as
Accounts Officer ¡n the donor-
assisted public sector projects
and programs.
• Should have adequate know-
ledge of the Accounting I
Disbursement Laws I Policies I
Procedures I Guidelines of
Government of Sindh and Asian
Development Bank.
. Age not more than 45 years
Local Support

• He I she shall assist the Regional Specialist
in all official matters assigned to hìm.
. He 1 she shall liaise with TMAs, NSUSC &
PSU in Supporting I Monitoring the implementation of investment plan and capacity
building initiatives.
. He I she shall physically visit the pre-
assigned program areas and report the
activities on monthly basis to PSU through
Regional Specialist.
• He I She should have a
Bachelor’s Degree in
Social Sciences.
• Should have good report
writing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
is mandatory.
• Candidate should have three (03)
years of relevant experience with
at least two (02) years of experience ¡n the donor-assisted public
sector programs I projects
• Age not more than 35 years.
