Minimum Qualification/
Experience
Ph.D in Digital Forensics/Computer Forensics with 4
years post qualification experience or
MSc.(CS)/BCS/BS(CS)/ MCS/BIT/MIT (4 years after FSc/
‘A’ Ievel)with 8 years post qualification experience ¡n
IT/Information Security including 4 years in the field of
Computer Forensics/Digital Forensics. Law enforcement
related work experience and sound understanding of
global trends would be considered as an additional
qualification.__
MSc.(CS)/BCS/BS(CS)/MCS/BIT/MIT (4 years after FSc/
‘A’ level) having 7 years post qualification experience in
Information technology including 3 years experience in
the field of IT related investigations. Law enforcement
related experience in Pakistan and sound understanding
of cyber/electronic crimes investigation would be
considered as an additional qualification.
MSc.(CS)/BCS/BS(CS)/MCS/BIT/MIT (4 years after FSc/
‘A’ level) having 8 years post qualification relevant
experience with minimum of 2 years of secure
programming. The candidates should have sound
understanding of working of digital forensic tools and
technologies. Law enforcement related working
experience would be taken as an additional qualification.
MSc.(CS)/BCS/BS(CS)/MCS/BIT/MIT (4 years after FSc/
‘A’ level) having 4 years post qualification in l.T with 2
years relevant experience in computer forensics I digital
forensics. Law enforcement related working experience
would be considered as an additional qualification.
MSc.(CS)/BCS/BS(CS)/MCS/BIT/MIT (4 years after FSc/
‘A’ level)having 5 years post qualification experience in
Information technology including 2 years experience in
the field of IT related investigation. Law enforcement
related work experience will be considered as an
additional qualification.
Incomplete/ambiguous applications or those received after the due date mentioned above shall not be entertained.
¡ii. Applicants providing incorrect information or trying to exert undue pressure shall be disqualified from candidature.
iv. Experience mentioned against teach post means post qualification experience.
Applicants for multiple posts should send separate applications for each post ¡n separate envelopes.
The applicants must clearly specify title of the post applied for on the top-right corner of the envelope.
vii. The applicants already serving ¡n government/semi-government organizations must produce the Departmental
NCC at the time of interview.
viii. Age relaxation will be admissible as per Departmental rules.
ix. Applicants having a third division in their educational career are not eligible to apply.
1 0% of total seats are reserved for women, 5% seats are reserved for minorities and 2% seats are reserved for
special persons.
xi. Project Administration reserves the right to reject any application form or cancel the current recruitment process
without assigning any reason.
Only shortlisted candidates shall be called to appear for the test/interview.
xiii. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates appearing for the test/interview.
