Puls trading Far East Ltd. is a sourcing enterprise of H&M. We are searching for
competent person to fill in the below position:
Office assistant cum Telephone operator Job description:
Operates and maintains telephone exchange system Operates to answer all
Incoming calls & outgoing calls.
Coordination with our travel agents for domestic & international ticket booking.
Coordination with other production offices for international travelers visits to
Pakistan including visa letters & hotel bookings.
Coordination with suppliers for purchasing & payments.
. Petty cash payments
Office transportation plan.
. Post and sample handling. Whenever the samples arrive, make sure that the samples
are reached to the concerned person without delay.
Skills required:
• A bachelor degree preferably in commerce with 2 years front desk or receptionist’s
experience.
• Adept at using all features of the PBX telephone system.
. Good knowledge of MS-Excel & MS-Word & Internet and email proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
. Nerves to work under pressure.
. Foresee problems and be proactive, take precautions to prevent problem.
• Ensure to work with the correct tools and methods.
