GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB GENDER REFORM ACTION PLAN WOMEN DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN GENDER REFORM ACTION PLAN ihe Gender Reform Action Plan (GRAl’) Punjab envisages reforms at Provincial and District level gender nlainstreaming focusing on women’s enipowemient reducing the existing gaps to enable women to play their due role in the overall socio-economic development of society. Career Development Officer (one each at Gujrat, Rawalpindi and Sargodha) i. Minimum second class or Grade C Master’s Degree in Social Sciences. Preferably in Sociology. Social Work. Gender Studies. ii. Work experience of at least three years in the area of Gender / Human Rights. ¡ti. Excellent inter-personal & communication skills, teamwork. analytical thinking, planning and organizing, creativity and innovation. iv. Knowledge of the usc of computer applications including MS-Office and Internet is essential. Rs.55,000 25to 35 Years (including 5 years age relaxation) 3 2. Program Officer (one each at Gujrat, Rawalpindi and Sargodha) i. Minimum second class or Grade ‘C’ Rs.27.5(.)(.) Master’s Degree in Social Sciences. Pretèrably in Sociology. Social Work. Gender Studies. ii. Knowledge of Gcndor/ Human Rights / Educational system of Pakistan. iii. Excellent inter-personal & communication skills, teamwork, analytical thinking, planning and organizing. creativity and innovation. iv. Proficiency in written and spoken Urdu and English, with strong drafting1 report writing skills. y.
