Applications are invited for appointment Sanitary Worker f Ward aeaners, on work criarge
basis (Daüy wages) in Services HospÉtal Lahore against following post:
Post Pay per Qualifications Age/Preference 1

Sanitary Rs,275/- Primary School Age: 18-25 years
Workers f per day Certificate from a
Ward Cleaner recognized School.
1, Applications will be supported by attested copies of CNIC, domicile certificate, school
certificate and one passport size photograpii.
2. Last date of receipt of applications is 09.02.2012. Appicatians receid afr due
date will not be entertained.
