Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites applications from suitable candidates for appointment
on contract basis as Company Secretary (Lump Sump Package) The required qualification & experience for
the post of Company Secretary are as given below:
Other Terms & Conditions:
I . Initially the appointment will be on contract basis. The appointment of Company Secretary will be for two
years which may be extended on the basis of good performance.
2. Computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office, Internet and Email) is compulsory.
3. Candidates working in Government I Semi-Government Departments should apply along with NOC from
their respective Department (issued on its letterhead).
4. Attested copies of the following documents should be attached with the application:
a) All educational certificates I degrees b) Experience Certificate on the letterhead of concerned organization
C) CNIC
d) Domicile Certificate I e) Computer Literacy Certificate
f) Two Photographs
g) Permission Certificate from the Department
5. Detailed CV along with covering letter and attested documents should be sent to the undersigned at the
address given below within I 5 days from the appearance of this advertisement.
6. Name of the post should be clearly mentioned on the application I covering letter.
7. Applications that are incomplete in any respect or received after the given date will not be considered
and no claim in this regard will be accepted.

Age Limit
A member of recognized body of Professional Accountants having minimum 1 5 years
of post qualification relevant experience with at least 05 years of that experience as
a Company Secretary ¡n publicly listed company.
A member of a recognized body of Corporate I Chartered secretaries OR having
minimum 1 5 years of post qualification relevant experience with at least 5 years of
that experience as a Company Secretary ¡n a listed company
OR
A person holding a Master degree in Business Administration from a University
recognized by theHEC with a minimum ranking score of45 on the HEC’s most recent
ranking index having minimum 20 years of post qualification expenence with at least
1 0 years of that experience in the Senior Executive position ¡n the listed Company.
OR
Being a Master in Law (LLM) from a University recognized by Higher Education
Commission having minimum 20 years postqualìfication experience specifically
corporate law, with a firm of repute or with the legal Department of a listed Company
with at least 05 years of the experience as Company Secretary in a listed Company.
