FROM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
Assessment and Strengthening Programme (ASP) is a USAID funded Programme which is designed to
bring the management of Pakistani Civil Society Organisations (CSO5) and the Government of Pakistan
(GOP) organizations to a higher level of management excellence, accountability and transparency. Lahore
University of Management Sciences (LUMS) is a participant in the realisation of this proposal. Its role is
to provide the academic resources required to assess and strengthen Pakistan’s CSO and GOP resources,
as well as to provide the infrastructure and technical support required to deliver this education. In addition,
LUMS will develop and host a web based Portal that ASP will utilise to manage its resources and objectives,
as well as monitor progress of the realisation of those objectives. Applications are invited against the
following positions for the development of the IT Learning Platform of ASP-LUMS:
