(PHDEC) a Company Incorporated under Section 42 of the
Companies Ordinance 1984 under the Ministry of Commerce,
Government of Pakistan. It is mandate to work for development
of horticulture sector with prime objective to boost sectoral
Since its established, PHDEC has been relying for funding
requirements solely on Export Development Fund (EDF).
Ministry of Commerce has now advised PHDEC to prepare
Sustainability Plan to eliminate reliance on the Government
funding within nextfew years. Forthis, PHDEC wishes to engage
a Consultant, detailed TORs for the assignment are available at

The proposals are invited from reputed firmslindividuals
engaged in consultancy work with specific exposure in the area
conoemed. Technical and Financial proposals along with firm
profile should be submitted latest by February 15,2012. PHDEC
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers.
