Position ANNOUNCEMENT
President
International Islamic University (IW),Islamabad
Applications are invited for the position of President
(Vice-Chancellor), BU from accomplished and strongly
motivated academic leaders and administrators with a
demonstrated track record of research. The President is the
Chief Executive Officer of the University responsible for
leadership ¡n education, research, development, fund
raising, industrial and commercial linkages, joint ventures,
external relations and management of the University.
Distinguished scholars and administrators are also
encouraged to nominate potential candidates for the
position, in writing, explaining the basis for the nomination.

; Pay Scale:
Competitive salary package commensurate with
qualification and experience as approved by the Chancellor.
Qualification & Experience
Candidate with a record of academic administration, strong
leadership and financial management skills may apply for
this position. Applicants should preferably have a PhD with
sound academic background and be well-versed with
modern trends in operation and management of an
institution of higher learning. A holistic understanding of
issues in higher education at the national and international
levels, especially in the context of the IIU will be a major
asset. IIU ¡s a recognized institution in the world, known for
its research and development capability
