Procurement Specialist at Islamabad
Provincial Coordinator at Karachi
Health Systems Specialist at Peshawar
TRF project is funded by United Kingdom’s Department for International
Development (DFID) and Australian Agency for International
Development (AusAlD) to support government’s health systems for
providing quality health care, particular to the poor and marginalised,
with focus on women and children.
TRF requires to fill the above positions to work in provinces with Health
Department, programmes and district governments to help identify
strategic needs for Technical Assistance (TA), support the TA provided
and build government’s capacity for TA procurement and management.
She/he will work closely with other donor initiatives and TRF technical
team, and represent TRF in deliberations with government.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Procurement Specialist: Post Graduate Degree (MBA I MPA / MA
Economics) in relevant field with a minimum of lO years related
experience.
Provincial Coordinator: Masters Degree in Public Health or equivalent
with specialty in health systems development and a minimum of
10 years related experience.
Health Systems Specialist: Masters Degree in Public Health,
specializing in health systems development with a minimum of 8 years
related experience. (Those who applied earlier for this position need not
apply again).
Common Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability
to work effectively with a range of stakeholders; excellent proficiency in
English (orai and written) and use of Microsoft Office are required.
Knowledge of donor supported project management procedures is an
advantage.
