The individual should be able to develop administrative plans, monitor activities of the department for food and beverage arrangements, measures to control the cost by reducing the wastage and pilferage, prepare daily activity schedule, monitor and assure the boarding and lodging arrangements made through the concerned staff for visitors i.e. senior officials, guests, examiners, coming to and moving from the head office, suggesting the guests for scheduling the flight itinerary and assisting ¡n visa processes, monitor and assure the appropriate security measures at the college premises. The Person: The individual applying for this position and all allied activities should preferably be a Masters in Public Administration/MBA/MA/MAS from an HEC recognized institution OR qualified in Hotel/Hospital/Travel/Protocol Management plus at least 10 to 15 years experience of administration in an academic environment. BlO-STATISTICIAN : The Role: The candidate will be responsible for the review of statistical analysis plan of synopsis and analysis undertaken in dissertations, suggestion of corrections, where required, based on objectives and study design, and assistance of trainees statistical concerns. The Person: The ideal Candidate must be M.Sc. (Statistics), with special interest in Medical research having at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a medical called organization.
