The Fccutive Director legal and Corporate Affairs simil deal with the electricity cases, tax affairs. tariff matters and other
Corporate Legal matters including industrial relations. labor matters and service natters etc. of the company.

2. Candidates already working in Govt Semi Govt. Organization should apply along with NOC of their Department issued on its letter
pad.

Required Qualification & Experience:
Master in Law (LLM) from a reputable University recognized by Higher Education Commission or an accredited
foreign university having minimum 05 years post qualification experience specifically in corporate law, with a lirm
of high repute or with the legal department of a listed company. applicant should have experience of handling and
deep understanding of various corporate and commercial laws, tax affairs, tariff related matters as well as industrial
relations and labour laws etc.
