Required Qualification & Exp
Master in Law (LLM) from a reputable University recognized by Higher Education Commission or an accredited
foreign university having minimum 05 years post qualification experience specifically in corporate law, with a firm 40.55
of high repute or with the legal department of a listed company, applicant should have experience of handling and ,
deep understanding of various corporate and commercial laws, tax affairs, tariff related matters as well as industrial 3 years relations and labor laws etc
