Masters degree (at least 2W Division) from an HEC recognized University I Institution preferably in Finance, Commerce, Economics or related discipline. Masters degree or equivalent (at least 2 Division) from an HEC recognized University I institution preferably in Management, Social, Basic, Natural Sciences. Masters degree (at least 2C Division) from an HEC recognized University I institution preferably in Finance, Management or related field. 8 years of relevant experience at managerial level in training and development with well reputed public or private organizations. 8 years of working experience as Principal of an affiliated college/Director Colleges or equivalent position. Well versed with matters related to relationship of colleges with provincial hierarchy, rules and regulations prescribed for operation of affiliated colleges and association with the affiliating university. 8 years management experience with at least two years of working on international donor funded development or educational projects. Preference would be given to those who have sound knowledge of Communication practices of the World Bank. The incumbent should have experience of Communication methods and approaches, planning, design and implementation of Communication systems, data and information collection and analysis and repot writing. 8 years’ experience in Quality Assurance/Accreditation and Institutional evaluation in higher education sector. 7 years working experience, at least 2 of which should be in a management and or advisory role. Experience in the Management operation of international donor funded programs. Preferred experienced in the application of program related systems including knowledge and experience of SAP. Have good knowledge of current developments in management, and should show demonstrable experience in management techniques — planning, implementation, evaluation, monitoring, reports, program funds, budgets etc. Design and management of internal controls, implementation of risk management frameworks. Experience in working well under pressure and managing deadlines. Be a strong team leader/player, with excellent interpersonal, communication and negation skills. 5 years working experience which should be in a management role within Finance. Have experience in the management/operation of international donor financed programs. Preferably experienced in the application of financial management systems including knowledge and experience of SAP. Should have good knowledge of current developments in international financial management, and should show Demonstrable experience in atleast two of the following areas: Accounting techniques — budgeting, cash and accrual bases of accounting, commitment and fund/project accounting. Finance management and a solid understanding of current budgetary control systems; Preparation and interpretation of financial statements. Experience in producing Statutory Accounts, work well under pressure and managing deadlines. Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. 5 years relevant experience with two years supervisory and one year in professional training management will be preferred.
