APPOINTMENT OF
VALUATION CONSULTANT
TENDER NO SN-LPG/05-2012
Sui Northern LPG—LNG (Pvt.) Limited is a wholly
owned subsidiary of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines
Limited. To meet the rising demand of energy, the
Company has planned to undertake bottling and
marketing of LPG cylinders.
Sui Northern LPG—LNG (Pvt.) Limited intends to
appoint consultant for the valuation of Land, Plant,
Machinery and Equipment at LPG storage and
bottling facilities located at
a) Sheikhupura
b) Haripur
Consultant is expected to have proven record of
valuation of land & building and plant & machinery.
The Consultant must have done at least three
valuations of plant I equipment of similar nature
during last 3 years. Interested Firms I persons may
send their proposals inclusive of credentials (list of
valuations completed during last three years
showing worth, type of equipment ¡plant along with
the names of clients, their addresses and contact
number) on “Two Envelope” basis comprising one
containing “Technical Proposal” and the other
containing “Financial Proposal” sealed and marked
on the outside on the following address by 1 500 Hrs
on 27.01.2012. Only Technical proposal envelope
will be opened publically on 27.1.2012 at 1530
Hrs. Financial proposal of only technically qualified
firms f persons will be opened at a later date in
presence of bidders or their representatives.
