. Application on plain paper must be supported by attested copies of recent passport
size photograph, I.D. Card. domicile certificate, academic qualification (Matric to
MBBS with detail marks) and experience certificate(s).
. Original are required to be produced at the time of interview.
. Period of contract appointment is one year / upto completion of project.
