Bojan (Pvt) Limited, is a leading fashion footwear retailer, operating
69 shops country wide in a network spanning 45 cities across the
landscape of Pakistan. Our goal is to increase the number of shops to
98 by the year 2015. Having a team of more than 600 dedicated
employees and with the sights set on the goal, we seek to induct a
male Footwear Designer for our celebrated comfort footwear brand
“Sky Walk”. who will bring expertise in the designing department.
Footwear Desinger
The selected candidate will be a person who:
1. Demonstrates knowledge of materials, pattern making, and the fitting
of footwear.
2. Manages the design direction and translates market input into
innovative designs.
3. Offers creative input for the technical teams.
4. Contributes design solutions.
5. Uses knowledge of costing and shoemaking to develop cost efficient
product.
6. Participates in market research to meet the customer’s exceptions.
!ti Preference will be given to candidates having
Bachelor degree in Fashion Designing; however
Diploma hokier in Fashion Designing from an HEC
recognized university can also apply.
xrie Should have ten years of work experience in men
___________ footwear designing.
Knowledge: The successful candidate will have knowledge of
leather, types of finishes, principles & scientific
techniques used for Footwear Designing. Strong
interpersonal communication skills-written and oral.
