The Management of an established shopping mall requires the following
Staff for their shopping mall in the heart of Karachi.
MANAGER MARKETING MALEIFEMALE (1 POST): 5-8 Years
experience in activities planning in a shopping mall, good communication
and presentation skills to collaborate with multinational and local
brands. Should be self motivated and hard working.
INCHARGE MAINTENANCE (1 POST): The applicant should be at
least 8 years experienced in looking after the general management
affairs at a reputable mall Should have good administrative skills
Retired Army men will be preferred.
SUPERVISOR MAINTENANCE (1 POST): The applicant should be
at least 5 years experience in General maintenance affairs of a
reputable mall. The applicant will be required to look after all
maintenance works such as janitorial, security, Valet service, HVAC
system etc.
LIFTS & ESCALATOR MECHANIC AND HELPER (1 POST EACH)
Applicant must be 5-8 years experienced with a reputable lifts and
escalators installation company.
CHILLER OPERATOR & HELPER (1 POST EACH): Applicant
must be at least 10 years experienced with a HVAC company Must
also have good knowledge of gas fired chiller plant and ancillary
equipment and circuits (hot & cold).
ELECTRICIAN (1 POST): Must be at least 5 years experience
working in a reputed shopping mall.
