-Ieadquarters based at Islamabad
o Masters in Social
National/Foreign Institution.
o Overall 15 years experience out of which 05 years as Head of Government Department /
Autonomous Body /Private organization related to humanitarian work or management of
injured or emergency/Disaster Management.
o Preference will be given to individuals with experience in Rescue, Relief and Rehabilitation
work.
o Candidates having experience in a humanitarian organization will be preferred.
o The post is number one position in the organization, thereby, the candidate should have
excellent leadership qualities enabling the organization to focus its activities in a proficient
manner.
o Should possess effective skills for analysis, logical conclusioiVdecision making and preparing
comprehensive reports and target new areas for organization activities.
o Abilityto reach outto sister organizations and coordination for large scale operation.
o Maximum upper age limit 55 years
o Computer literate to the standard of Assessment & Analysis, MS-Office & Internet.
o Good command overstatutory drafting and correspondence.
o Salary: Market based package will be offered, commensurate with job knowledge and
expenence.
