Vacancy Announcement
An International Humanitarian Organization seeks the following qualified and
experienced individuals. The following are minimum qualifications for the
positions along with responsibilities and required experience.
Position: Maintenance Technician (02 positions)
Location: Islamabad
The incumbent will be responsible to ensure proper maintenance of office
premises, in terms of electrical functions; plumbing; water pumps/motors; and
supervision of masonry work carried out in official offices/residences. Supervise
the technical work of external contractors for plumbing/wood work as per agreed
standards within the given time-frames. Ensure proper functioning of telephone
lines, exchange, and electric supply equipment. Assist in preparation of estimates
for carrying out repair/maintenance work.
Required Qualification & Experience:
• Matric/ Electrician Diploma or equivalent
Relevant working experience of 3-5 years
• Willingness and ability to dramatically change work practices and hours, and
work with incoming surge teams, in the event of emergencies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Commitment to Save the Children values
• A”Can do” and service oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently to a high professional standard
• Sensitive to the cultural & political environment
