Technical Resource Facility Working together towards better health in Pakistan TRF is a five years project funded by DFID and AusAID to support the Government’s health programmes for providing quality health care, particularly to the poor and marginalised, with focus on women and children. TRF requires services of a Coordinator to work closely with Department of Health, health programmes and district administrations to help identify strategic needs for Technical Assistance (TA), support the TA provided and build government’s capacity in identified areas. She/he will work closely with other donor initiatives and TRF technical team in Islamabad, and represent TRF in deliberations with government. Detailed terms of reference are available at TRF website: www.trfpakistan.org Requirements: Master’s degree in Public Health or equivalent with speciality in health systems development. 10 years experience of managing programmes in health sector. Substantial knowledge of government systems and procedures, provincial health reform initiatives, health programmes and devolved systems. Knowledge of donor supported project management procedures is an advantage. Strong management and team building skills, ability to work under pressure, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders. Excellent proficiency in English (oral and written) and use of Microsoft Office.
