‘EDUCATION DEPARTMENT.

QUALI FICATIONS: Master Degree (at least 2nd division) in
the relevant subject orequivalent qualifications.
PAY:
i) BS-17
ii) Rs.4000/- p.m in case of posting at Tehsil Headquarters &
below (as AdditionalAllowance).
AGE: 21 to 28+5 years general age relaxation in upper age
limit as per Government of the Punjab (S&GAD) Notification
No.SOR-l (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 04-11-2006 = 33 years on
02-01-2012.
ELIGIBILITY: Male & Female domiciled in any district of the
Punjab Province.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
‘ I) One paper written test of MCQ (multiple choice questions)
type of Master’s level 02 hours duration with the syllabus
“comprehension of the subject” shall be conducted on
08-01-2012 (SUNDAY) at 10:00 am to 12:00 noon to
shortlist the candidates as per policy of PPSC. 3.
Il) Candidates applying on minority quota will be eligible for open
meritseatsalso. 4
III) The appointees will have to stay at least three years at the first
place of posting.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Applicants are required to submit ONLINE
Application Forms by the closing date - which
b) Candidate should fill the ON-LINE form carefully, for
which detailed Guidelines and Instructions have been
given on Punjab Public Service Commission website:
www.ppsc.gop.pk.
C) HARD COPY of ON-LINE Application Form is not
needed.
d) Correspondence with candidates will be done through
e-mail. Candidates are advised to mention their e-mail
addresses in the ON-LINE Application Form. Those
who do not have e-mail address are advised to create e-
mail account immediately.
Following documents will be required, if called for
interview:
a) Original Treasury receipt of fee deposited.
b) Matriculation Certificate, showing date of birth and in
case of ‘O’ Level, equivalent certificate from Inter Board
Committee of Chairmen. Islamabad and date of birth
given in school leaving certificate.
C) Intermediate Certificate / ‘A’ level along with equivalent
qualification.
d) Degree I Detailed marks of relevant certificates.
e) Domicile certificate of relevant district of Province of
Punjab issued on or before the closing date.
f) In case of Government Servant, the Departmental
Permission Certificate (available on web site) duly
signed I stamped by the competent authority of
concerned Department.
g) OriginalvalidC.N.I.C.
The number of posts may be increased or decreased at
any Stage.
Candidates presently abroad and having Punjab domicile
may also apply.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidates will be admitted to the written
test provisionally. On detailed scrutiny of applications of
candidates declared successful in written test, if any candidate is
found ineligible in any respect under rules, his I her candidature
will be cancelled regardless of the fact whether he I she appeared
in the written test or qualified therein. To avoid frustration,
candidate are advised in their own interest to make sure before
applying that they fulfill all the requirements of the rules relating to
the post.

number will be mentioned in the Online Application Form.
