United Distributors Pakistan Limited, operating for almost
three decades is looking to hire professionals in its goal
to bring a revolutionary change in agriculture production
across Pakistan.
The Company is looking to invest in a team of self-
motivated, career-oriented and high performing personnel
for the following positions;
L Field Development Managers (South, Central,_North)j
The ideal candidates must:
. Have a Bachelor/Master Degree, preferably with
Agriculture Sciences.
• Have at least 2-4 years of sales experience in crop
protection, fertilizers or seeds industry.
. Be able to impart training to field services team and
conduct advisory service programs, field activities and
seminars for farmers.
• Possess excellent presentation & communication skills.
Regional/Zonal Managers (South, Central, North)
The ideal candidates must:
• Have a Bachelor/ Master Degree, preferably with
Agriculture Sciences.
• Have at least 3 years of sales experience of agriculture
sector in the similar capacity with good territory
knowledge.
• Be able to lead sales team, conduct advisory service
programs, field activities and seminars for farmers.
. Exceptional team building,leadership and
communication skills.
Training Manager _______________ ____________
The ideal candidates must:
• Have a Master Degree with Agriculture Sciences.
• Have at least 3 years job experience in the similar
capacity.
• Be able to develop training programs, content or
literature for advisory service programs, supervise field
activities and seminars for farmers.
• Be able to provide training on products knowledge,
product oriented field knowledge as well as training
on selling skills.
. Possess excellent presentation skills.
