EVN/025,’2011, Asst Community Services Officer (NOA)
1. UNHCR ¡s seeking for a candidate to join SubOffice in
Quetta under Temporary Assistance (TA) capacity as
Asst. Community Services Officer. The candidate must
possess the ability to assess the general social
conditions of refugees and their needs for social service,
such as medical assistance, financial assistance,
counselling and, in particular, assistance to vulnerable
cases;
2. The duties include to ensure that proper coordination is
maintained with officials of relevant institutions involved
in planning and implementation of assistance to
individual refugees;
3. Very good writing and organisational skills are required,
¡n addition to excellent spoken and written English and
Urdu. Knowledge of local languages is an asset.
