Registrar (BPS 20)
The Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) is a growing public
sector research university with over 5000 students enrolled in 38 programs of studies on its three functional campuses. BU ITEMS

The University is looking for a dynamic, experienced arid competent professional for the position of Registrar, who shall serve as
a focal person to coordinate by providing academic and administrative leadership and supervision. The Registrar will be responsible
for controlling and executing departmental operations, policies and procedures in accordance with standards and rules of the
University with collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities: Requirements:
Participating and serving as part of the Student Services Team. Leading
¡nitiatives as determined by the University,
Providing leadership and developing appropriate recommendations for the
implementation of related technology application in support of enhanced services
offered,
Coordinating and collaborating with administrators, deans and directors to
facilitate and improve services to students and staff as guided by the statutory
bodies of the University,
Serving as ex-officio member of academic and administrative committees as
set-up by the University,
Participating ¡n professional development activities and serving on committees
that support the goals and objectives of the University,
Any other assignment I job, as assigned by the competent authority of the
University from time to time.
Master or equivalent degree from HEC
recognized institution with at least 1 7 years
academic or administrative experience.
preferably in an academic institution: as an
officer BPS-17 and above, including two years
experience ¡n BPS-i 9.
OR
PhD degree from HEC recognized institution and
at least lo years academic or administrative
experience, preferably in an academic
institution, as an officer in BPS-17 and above,
including two years experience in BPS-19.
Maximum age limit 65 years.

be deposited through Bank challan in HBL branch BUITEMS Takatu campus/City campus.

testimonials,
Experience Certificates as per CV must be attached with application.
Candidates already ¡n service must apply through proper channel and required to attach No Objection Certificate with application.

Interviews will be held at BUITEMS Quetta and No TA/DA is admissible.
