CONSULTANTS REQUIRED
An International organization working in the health sector in Pakistan is
seeking qualified consultants forTechnical Assistance to develop 1-luman
Resource Strategy for the Health Department, Government of Sindh.
SENIOR HUMA ESOURCE DESELO[]Ï EXPERT
Qualifications, Experience and required Skills:
Senior Human Resource Development Expert must have at least 10
years comprehensive in-depth experience in human resource
development. In addition he/she must possess following qualifications:
1. He/she should have relevant experience in management and
development of strategy for various human resource activities such
as: benefits, compensation, staffing and recruiting, incenve plans
and policy & procedure. He/she has also managed the employee
relations, communications, and issues associated with acquisitions.
2. He/she should possess Master’s Degree in Human Resource
Management and Development.
3. He/she has developed or implemented staffing and recwiUng systems
that have been instrumental in attracting talent.
Duration: up to 80 work days
HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT EXPERT
Qualifications, Experience and required Skills:
Human Resource Development Expert should possess 5-7 years of
experience in human resource development & management. Other job
specificaons are:
1. He/she should have relevant experience in management and
development of strategy for various human resource acvies such
as: benefits, compensation, staffing and recruiting, incentive plans
and policy & procedure. He/She has also managed the employee
relabons, communicaons, and issues associated with acquisions.
2. Hefshe should possess Master’s Degree in Human Resource
Management and Development.
3. He/she has developed or implemented staffing and recru ing systems
that have been instrumental in attracting talent.
Duration: up to 70 work days
PUBLIC HEALTH EXPERT
Qualifications, Experience and required Skills:
1. He/she must be a health professional with a Master’s Degree in
Public Health or equivalent postgraduate degree.
2. He/she must possess at least 10 years of work expenence in the
field of public health and/or social development of which at least 3
years should be technical assistance work.
3. He/she has proven track record of human resource management
and development experience.
Duration: up to 60 work days
