I management. development of land and real estate business and urban town planning for
multiple mega housing projects ¡n Sindh Province, requires services of highly qualified
L and ambious professional is for the following contract positions. ___
Position 1: Company Secretary and Head of Finance
The candidate shall perform the following duties:
1. Responsible for all the financial and fiscal management of the company’s
operations
2. Provide leadership and coordination ¡n the business plannin9, financing,
accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.
3. Act as company secretary for board meetings. and responsible for
ensuring highest standards of corporate affairs and applicable statutory
requirements and SECP regulations.
4. Create, coordinate and evaluate the financial programs and supporting
information systems of the company for budging, tax planning, real estate and
conservation of assets.
5. Oversee of approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control
documents, department budgets, mass salary updates,
ledger, and account maintenance and data entry.
6. Coordinate the preparation of annual and monthly financial statements, financial
reports, special analyses, and information reports.
7. Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.
8. To comply wdh requirements of but not to limited lo company ordinance,
Monopoly contrnl act, Code of corporate Governance & other relevant laws.
9. To make all necessary arrangements for the enlistment of the company
at stock exchange and to maintain all regulatory requirements for issuance
of ordinary shares, debentures etc. from Úme to time.
The minimum qualifications and experience required are as foIows:
1 . Degree in accounting (Preferably ACA/ACMA) preferably with Degree ¡n Law from
a recognized institution.
2. Member of recognized body of professional accountants ai corporate! chartered
secretaries.
3. ‘1 5 years plus experience with at least 5 years in a similar capaaty.
4. Knowledge of finarce, accounting, budgeting. and cost control pñncìples
including generally accepted accounting principles with the ability to analyze
financial data and prepare financial reports. statements and projections.
5. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
6. Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
7. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports. statements, and
projections.
8. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal

Position 2: Project Coordinator
The candidate shall perform the following duties;
1 . Provide inputs for land use planning and master planning
2. Coordinate meeUns during master plans approval process
3. Manage Site activibes and Coordnate between the Project Sites and Head Office
while residing full me on site camps! site offices
4. Implement the Project master plans on site within time and budget constraints
5. lmpement infrastructure plans on site within time and budget constraints
6. Coordinate with Designers, surveyors, consultants and local departments
The minimum qualifications and experience required are as follows;
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning! Town Planning
2. Membership with PCATP
3. At least 8 years of total urban planning experience with at least 3 years from
overseas performing required duties
4. Naonal or International Projects dealt with must exceed PKR 15 billion
5. Proficiency ín Au toCAD
6. Ability to read plans and specifications
7. Ability to monitor site activities and create Daily and Weekly progress reports for
management
8. Diverse Experience with the consultant and contractor required
