MANAGER HR & ADMIN
Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably MBA-HR
Should have 10-12 years experience out of which 4 years experience as Manager HR in large industrial set up. Candidate should have thorough knowledge & experience of HRM & HRD issues as per best HR practices, HR policies & procedure, recruitment, training & development, employees performance review process, compensation & benefits, applicable employment laws & policies, security management, industrial administration, industrial relations and dealing with Govt. institutions etc. candidate should have proven skills in examining & re-engineering operations & procedures and also have transformational leadership skills.
CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER)
Retired Major or equivalent and having good health
Should have 2-3 years experience of handling security affairs of large industrial organization.
Candidate should have pleasant personality coupled with excellent spoken, written and interpersonal skills. Officer having professional courses/experiences related to security, intelligence and administration will be preferred.
ISO COORDINATOR - MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
Masters Degree
5-7 years independently working experience as ISO Coordinator for ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 international standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication and auditing skills.
MANAGER QUALITY CONTROL
B.Sc Textile Engineering (Spinning Technology) / M.Sc Fibre Technology.
8-10 years experience, at least 3 years experience at similar position in an organization of well repute. The person should be well versed with the standardized specifications of Pure Cotton, PC, PV, CVC, Acrylic, and Viscose yarn and also has hands on knowledge of operational management in spinning industry.
SPINNING MASTER
B.Sc Textile Engineering (Spinning Technology) / M.Sc Fibre Technology
4-5 years experience, at least 1 years experience at similar position in an organization of well repute. The person should have hands on knowledge of operational management, production & quality parameters/standards, maintenance management and labor management in spinning_industry.
STORE OFFICER / GODOWNS INCHARGE
Minimum BA/B.Com
Should have 6-7 years experience of managing Store/Godowns of well reputed Spinning industry with good command on computerized inventory control system and MIS systems as well as good knowledge of expenses recording and coding of store items.
ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN
D.A.E. (Electronics)
Having +4 years experience of maintenance of Electrical/Electronic equipment, instruments etc. in spinning industry of well repute at least 2 year as Electronic Technician.
Note: Computer proficiency is mandatory for all positions.
