Mercy Corps is seeking applications from potential candidates for the foaowing position:
Social Mobilizer- Pub’ic Private Mix - 01 Position
(Jhang Based)
Qualifications & Experience:
BA’BSc in social sciences or relevant discipline with at least 02 years experience of working
with community-based health programs. Experience of woding as a paramedic wil be
preferred. Fluency in written and spoken English. Urdu and local languages. Excdent
communabon skills arid basic knowledge of computer.
ResponsibilitieslDuties:
The incumbent will be responsible for development of District Implementation Plan (DIP) in
consultation with the district health authorities for public private mix - PPM and in support of the
Regional Coordinator. Responsible for maintaining close coordination with the district health
authorities for implementation of PPM activities, Responsible for dose coordination with
private providers and private labs for TB DOTS activities and for s&çervlsing data recording and
reporting tools. Responsible for maintaming chronological record (programmatic and
financial). minutes of meetings and update data base of registered TB patients at private health
facities in the districts, Responsible for submission of programmatic arid financial record to
regional office of all field activities.
