- FACILITY MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for monitoring and ensuring the performance of
outsourced operation and maintenance works for a high rise office
building in Islamabad. The outsourced work includes electrical, HVAC,
security, janitorial and lifts operation and maintenance. The Incumbent
will also be responsible for managing a compliant management system for
the facility.
Qualification 8 Experience Requirement:
- Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with experience to plan and supervisor
handing including preventive maintenance of central HVAC plant/
Elevators and electrical equipment.
— Minimum of 10.12 year of relevant experience is required for the position.
- Be able to plan and supervise preventive maintenance of plant and
equipment.
- Experience of safety procedures, building codes, and computer literacy is
required for the position.
