Regulatory Authority (HERA)
The Search Committee for appointment of Chairman
HERA invites applications for the position of Chairman,
Higher Education Regulatory Authority (HERA),
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from energetic, talented, profes
sional and highly motivated candidates.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
. Should have sound academic background and be well
versed with modem trends in Higher Education.
. Possess understanding of issues in Fligher Education at
the national and international levels.
. Possess excellent entrepreneurial, negotiation and
communication skills.
. Should have the ability to inspire team members to
achieve organizational tasks and goals.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
. At least Master’s Degree.
. PhD Degree would be preferred.
. Should not be more than 63 years ofage on 20-1 1-2012.
. Serving or Retired officers in BS-20 and above
possessing administrative and academic experience of at
least 20 years.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
. Tenure: Three (03) years as per existing rules.
. Pay: Rs. 100,000/- + POL, Telephone, Chafièr driven
car and TA/DA facilities as admissible to BS-20 officers
and above according to the rules.
