of Urban Policy & Strategic Planning, Sindh.
the following in the Directorate
POSITION JOB OVERVIEW QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
.
Review all UP & SP
documents related to Human
Resource and Communication.
• Prepare HR documents for the
PSU, including job descriptions,
training programs, consultants
terms of reference and working
papers.
• Ensure safe custody of all the
HR related record.
. Manage the overall process for
recruitment of staff including
finalization of job responsibilities
and advertisements, short listing
of candidates, preparation of
minutes of meetings of selection
Committee, hiring of staff and
maintenance of their personal files.
• Files and record keeping of all
appointments, transfers and
terminations.
• Coordinate with employees to
address HR related matters.
• Promote clear communications
through employee handbook,
job descriptions and personnel
policies.
• Conduct timely, objective feedback
on individual performance through
meetings and annual performance
appraisal.
• Maintain a posive attitude that
promotes teamwork whin the
organization and a favorable image
of the organization.
. Any other related work assigned by
the Competent Authority.
‘ An MBA degree in Human
Resource Management from an
accredited University
• A minimum of 5 years of
experience. Preference is given to
those who have served in govt.
organization or Local!
Foreign funded Projects!
Authorities.
. Excellent verbal, written and
English language presentation
skills.
• Proficient computer skills in MS
Office.
. The candidate should not be over
35 years of age.
