Mercy Corps is seeking applications from potential candidates forthe following positions:
‘Project Officer (Parastatal and PPM components) - PR Un (02 Posions)
(Islamabad based)
Qualifications & Experience:
MBBS or masters in social sciences or other relevant discipline. At least three years of
experience of which one year in a management position. Experience working with an INGO and
in coordination with the public health authorities is required. Experience of working with a
Global Fund grant will be a plus. Experience in public health programs and specifically TB
control programs is required. Familiarity with the Global Fund reporting and other procedures is
a must. Fluency in written and spoken English. and excellent writing skills.
Responsibilities!Duties:
Project Officer will be responsible fo overseeing the planning, implementation, monitoring and
reporting of the assigned SDA of Objective 6 of the consolidated GF grant S/he will maintain
liaison with the sub-recipients, povide capacity building including on-site technical support to
the SRs and conduct field monitoring. Sihe will ensure implementation of project guidelines and
quality assurance tools in the field through the SRs. and will conduct regular field visits for the
purpose of monitoring and quality assurance, The incumbent will supervise Field Officers in
conducting desk review of the reports, data management, preparation of monthly and quarterly
reports, and field monitoring
