N JOB OPPORTUNITIES A non-profit international humanitarian organization is seeking applications from potential candidates for the following positions: Project Manager (01 Position) I (Quetta based) Qualification & Experience: MBBS and master degree in public health At least five years of work experience of which at least three years in a senior management role. Experience of working with an INGO and previous experience in managing maternal, neonatal and child health programs is required. Sound technical knowledge and background in maternal, neonatal and child health, and experience working in collaboration with the government is a must. Experience of working on project financial management and with a variety of donors will be an added advantage. Excellent report writing skills required. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Responsibilities I Duties: The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management planning, implementation, monitoring & supervision and reporting of the project. Under supervision of Team Leader (South), the incumbent will provide management and technical support and guidance to project team. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining close liaison with provincial Departments of Health, NCMNH and project Districts stakeholders. Síhe will carry-out regular monitoring visits of the project sites, provide on-site technical support and will ensure quality, validity and timeliness of reports. Project Officer (01 Position) I (Quetta based) Qualifications & Experience: Masters in public health or related discipline. At least three years of relevant work experience. Experience of working with an INGO and previous experience in managing mother and child health programs is a must. Excellent report and writing skills required. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in local languages is a must. ResponsibilitiesfDuties: The incumbent will provide technical support and guidance to district program teams. Provide support to project Manager to develop the annual training plan and coordinate with relevant government offices in Quetta, Kech and Gawadar for technical trainings of CM Ws and LHWs. Supervise and monitor the district field officers for smooth funcboning of CMW work stations and provide support for logistical arrangements.
